Installation & Billing

Here’s what you need to know about your new fiber internet service.

After Your Application Is Submitted

Your account gets added to a list of accounts that have requested internet and voice services.

This list is passed along to the employees we have hired to run service drops to your home or business.

Our employees attempt to install all drops to locations within a specific geographic region rather than skipping from account to account.

The timing of when your application gets submitted to NT Spark may impact their ability to run your drop at the same time your neighbors receive service.

After the service drop is completed, the account is given to our home install crew to finalize the installation.

This company will contact you to select a time that works with your schedule to complete the installation.

An employee will have to enter your home or business to install the equipment you need to receive service.

Service Installation

  • If you have any other preferences, please contact your local office as soon as possible to let us know.
  • Special requests will be considered, but it may delay the activation of your service.
  • A centralized location ensures that our wireless system can reach every square foot of your home or business.

Payments & Billing

Payments are accepted in the following ways:

Your account will be billed around the 5th of each month and will be due around the 20th. If you receive your Natchez Trace electric bill via e-mail, the same will be true for NT Spark billing.

NT Spark follows the industry standard of issuing a monthly service bill ahead for fixed services.

Your first bill will include 2 components:

1

Charges for the current month, prorated according to the date the service began

2

The full monthly charge for the next month of service

After your first bill, you can expect your service charge to be consistent month to month.
