NT Spark: Your Partner in Safe, Accessible, & Responsible Connectivity
At NT Spark, we’re more than just your internet provider—we’re your advocate for a safe, dependable, and enjoyable online experience. Our fiber network was built to improve the lives of the people we serve, but we recognize that, like any powerful tool, it can be misused.
The same technology that connects you to the world can also expose your family to risks or pose challenges for people with disabilities. That’s why we’re committed to helping you stay informed and protected.
We encourage you to explore the following important resources:
Caller ID Spoofing
Spoofing happens when a caller deliberately falsifies their caller ID information to hide their identity. It’s often used in scams to trick people into giving away personal information. Spoofing is illegal under U.S. law and FCC rules.

Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA)
CIPA was enacted to protect children from harmful or obscene content online. While it applies mainly to schools and libraries, it’s a good reminder of our shared responsibility to protect young people in the digital world.

Support for Vision & Hearing Impairments
We believe all subscribers deserve equal access. The FCC’s National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program helps people with combined vision and hearing loss by providing assistive devices.
